ARQITA is a product programme for quality management and regulated product lifecycle workflows. It addresses the fragmentation that can occur when records, approvals and process evidence are handled in separate places. Its intended scope is organisation-wide, bringing quality into the working context of operations, research, production, supply chain and management.

The product direction includes document control, structured approvals, corrective actions, risk records and audit support. The aim is to make the relationship between a process, its owner, its decisions and its evidence easier to follow. Healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical-device organisations inform the audience, while each intended use requires its own assessment.

The proposed next demonstration follows a bounded product-record workflow with traceable review steps, using synthetic records. This would let prospective users examine how responsibilities and changes are represented before considering a wider evaluation. ARQITA is the product identity; it is separate from Project Alfa’s independent assurance activities. Software alone does not establish an organisation’s compliance.
