Teams coordinating communication across channels.

PACC is Project Alfa’s communication-centre programme. Its scope concerns operational conversations, acquired messages, routing, assignments and collaboration. The intended role is to help teams work with communications in context, while keeping the responsibility for a conversation distinguishable from the commercial relationship or project it may concern.

The wider enterprise model gives AREVO CRM responsibility for organisations, contacts and opportunities, while project operations hold delivery context. PACC’s direction concerns the communication itself and how people collaborate around it. These relationships explain the product architecture; they do not imply that every account, messaging channel or enterprise connection is currently active.

Development is working through the foundations required for future connections and controlled message handling. A public product briefing would need to specify the channels and workflows actually available for evaluation. Until then, this profile introduces the programme and invites interest without promising live account connections, automated outbound messaging or a commercially available communication service.
