AZHYU

People and organisations interested in person-centred care experiences.

AZHYU is a health and care platform programme whose development previously used the working name AHOMA. Its central idea is to organise the experience around the person, rather than starting from the boundaries between services. The selected name reflects this direction: a broad health and care ecosystem with the individual at its centre.

The programme explores how people and organisations might navigate a more connected care experience. Product design, privacy and appropriate clinical responsibility are part of that work. EMEDEME is a separate programme with its own medication-related scope; possible interoperability is being developed without treating the two products as interchangeable or assuming that a live connection already exists.

The proposed next milestone is a non-clinical demonstration using suitable example data. It would provide a way to examine the experience and gather feedback before expanding access. Wider services, integrations and any clinical use would need their own validation and approvals. The current profile presents the product direction, not a medical service or an outcome promise.
