Manufacturing and industrial operations teams.

THE IDEA

A practical industrial starting point

ARMITA is a modular manufacturing and industrial operations programme. It begins with discovery: understanding how production, materials, maintenance, quality and logistics interact in a real operating environment. The intent is to define useful workflows before choosing the technology around them, with integration needs considered alongside the tools an organisation already uses.

THE EXPERIENCE

Following a production journey

The first technical direction follows a production order through material use, line execution, output, waste and downtime, then quality decisions and dispatch readiness. Traceability connects those steps. This gives the programme a concrete workflow to test rather than a collection of unrelated screens, while keeping the responsibilities of production, inventory, quality and logistics distinct.

WHAT COMES NEXT

From discovery to a focused prototype

Current development uses synthetic scenarios to examine those relationships without implying a customer deployment. The next proposed milestone is to turn a documented operational need into a bounded prototype and validation plan. Industrial feedback can help identify where the product would be useful; integration, performance and operational benefits must still be demonstrated.

PROPOSED NEXT STEP

A meaningful milestone.

Proposed: turn a documented operational need into a bounded prototype and validation plan.

01

An industrial workflow workshop

02

A qualified prototype demonstration

03

A limited evaluation package with an agreed scope

These are proposed directions, not an active offer. Reward scope, delivery, licence terms and refunds must be published before any reward campaign opens.
